American Express promotion

I am being charged for AMEX charges when the promotion was for free AX for 120 days. Not a huge deal, but not what I was offered. I have been loyal to AX for over twenty five years and I am sure a quick call to them will correct this.

I'm assuming you've looked at several deposits worth of transactions...but I do know that our 'free' Apple Pay transaction fees don't show up for that promotion in real time, i.e. if I look at our credit card fees at the end of the day today...I'll see fees that should be free are appearing like I've paid them....but when the deposit actually posts and I look at the details, I'll see a reimbursement for those fees.
