money was sent to wrong bank to a closed act and i dont see refund or see it in to my new link act.

Banks will usually still accept deposits on closed accounts, there isn't an option to unsend a deposit. Call your bank to see what they have and arrange for it to be sent to your new account. Verify that you have the correct account linked and if it is verified here.

Sorry to hear this happened to you.

@VanKalkerFarms is correct here (thanks for responding 👍🏼).

Give your bank a call to see if they held on to the funds. If not, they probably kicked them back over to us, which could take a few business days to appear back to your Square balance.
