I wanted to use my kindle, I cannot find an app . Can I still connect my card reader to there and get a successful transaction? With Wifi Of course
No, you would have to have the Square App installed.
While Kindle does run a modified version of Android, you're limited to the Amazon App store. So yes, you'd need to have the app installed to accept payments with the reader.
