Import Error Maximum 30,000 Rows - but we only hav...

Uploading CSV with additional variations listed. File size went from 2,500 rows to 5,000 rows of items. I am getting an error that the file can only be a maximum of 30,000 rows. I have doubled checked the file, copied all 5,000 rows to a new clean workbook just in case there was an error somewhere, but I get the same message. The file size itself is 1.74mb. Please advise.

What browser are you using? Might try Chrome. Here is the Help Page it may have some answers for you. If that doesn't work I would contact Support.
