Hello!

Tnere is no credit cars transaction option whenever we charge a customer. We are using the magstripe reader on the square stand.

Hi there. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Were you looking to get an additional Square Reader? Or were you having trouble charging cards from your Square Stand?

I have a square account, but no reader. Do I have to go out and buy one?

Hi @Triciablaha!

Without a reader, you'll have to manually enter any card payments that you want to process. Keep in mind that manually entered transactions will incur higher processing fees. If you'd like a reader, you can order one within your Dashboard or from our website.

@Triciablaha - Did you click the links that @puka posted above for Dashboard and Square's website? You can order a reader from either of those links. The free magstripe reader is available at the Dashboard link and the other readers are available at the website link.
