Instant direct still hasn't deposited

I did instant deposit this morning for $101. It's been two hours since I got the confirmation email. The card and account were both verified. It has not made it to my linked card or the account the card is linked to.  How long is it suppose to take?  What am I suppose to do if I dont recieve it?
