Where is my Magstripe reader?

Hmmm...... Ordered reaader 8/11/2018, arrived at DHL 8/13

Sat for 51 hours before leaving on 8/15

Tendered to delivery service provider in Melrose Park Il. 28 hours later on 8/17

Where it has sat since and it is now 8/27/2018 and I have NOT received it!

I think I'm going to forget about using Square because if this is how your service handles things,

I don't trust that I would receive money owed to me in a timely fashion!

that's pretty funny 😁, you literally outlined all the places other companies failed to deliver mail to you and you blame Square?!? Square isn't sending couriers out to individually hand out readers for free. If you need a Square reader today go to a local store to pick one up and you get it reimbursed into our square account so it is free in the end. https://squareup.com/us/en/where-to-buy

I can tell you I have not had one problem with deposits in 7 years and multi-millions in deposits.

Update: Your first magstripe reader is free when you sign up, and additional magstripe readers cost $10.
