I am hoping to find a way to send an order ticket to a text file so that I can read it into a Kitchen display. I know Fresh KDS is an option, but it is not a good option for us due to the cost. Is there any way to do this? Or retrieve the data another way?

At this time, the only partnership we have for kitchen display is with Fresh KDS and the ability to send a ticket to a text file is not available.

If you haven't already, you may want to touch base with Fresh KDS directly to see if there are any other solutions available. In addition, I'll be sharing your post with our Product Liaison team.
