Just thought I'd share my situation to possibly put some of you guys awaiting a new Capital offer at ease. I'm on my 9th plan. NINE. I believe I've only gotten to 100% 2 or 3 times. Anyways, my latest one was the highest offer ever, received mid August, and is now 75% paid. No new offers for me yet. I'm looking forward to the next one, as I'm sure it will take the crown for biggest one to date, but I don't expect to see it for another month or 2.
My point in sharing this info is this. If you've completed "1 or 2" or whatever, don't be looking for a new one at 63%. Expect to go all the way to 100% before being reevaluated.
