How do I instal photos and prices on my IPad for my Square reader?

Your item library will automatically transfer to your iPad, including all of your prices, when you log into your Register App using the same email address and password that you use for your Square Dashboard.

How does the information on my dashboard for my online store with Square sync with my iPad? I have logged in to both with the same information and the item library is not showing on my iPad. Thanks!

Hi @GeminiRedCraft, any items that you've added via your online dashboard should be available when you sign into Square Register on your iPad as well. Are you able to view them by going to your Item Library > All Items > Search All Items?

 

If that doesn't clear things up, please contact our support team directly. We'll be able to look into specifics and get to the bottom of it ASAP! 😄
