Using Square in Vietnam

I am using square in Vietnam as POS and I noticed many features are not available.

1. Can not add emplyees

2. Can not add customers

3. no cash drawer

4. many apps unavailable.

Can anyone tell me if they have similar experinces outside US or EU?

While Square can be used internationally to record payments and track inventory, among other features, our global version of the app does not support card processing and other, newer features that are available in the U.S.

We're not currently developing new features for our global version of the app, so you may want to review the full list of available features to determine if it's the right tool for your business.

Lastly - in regards to your third point - you are able to connect a Cash Drawer, as well as enable Cash Drawer Management. Hope that helps, let us know if you have any other questions.
