At this time, categories serve to help sellers organize their items within Square Register. Currently, you can only sell items as events, goods/services, or accept donations within the Online Store. You can arrange these items on your landing page in separate sections.

Out of curiosity, can you share more information on why you need to display only the categories? I'd like to share this with our product liaison team, who tracks our seller's feedback and pushes for product improvements.🙂
