We have recently started using Square payroll. Is the time card feature part of payroll or do we pay extra? I do not want to use all of the features of employee management, but right now thst seems to be turned on and I’m being charged for that as well.

To use the timecard feature automatically you have to have to be subscribed to employee managament (time clock). It will populate everything for you inside of a minute when you are ready to run payroll. If you want to enter time cards manually it's an option. It can be time consuming if you have a lot of employees. I only have 1 or 2 employees at a time and I still think the $5/mo per employee is well worth it.

So you CAN manually enter in hours?
