[Deposits] Is it possible for an Instant Deposit to be reversed?

I did an Instant Deposit to an old debit card. Anyone know if it's possible to be reversed? I thought I had updated it but I only updated my bank account. I needed the funds immediately, hence the instant deposit. Now I don't have access to it all.
