How to handle customer who does not return product after refund issued?

Has anyone experienced any large purchases, sent product to customer and customed cancel purchase? Then not return product?

Hello @AngelACinc, i'm really sorry to hear about this. ☹️

 

Personally I haven't had this happen, but I think your best bet is to file a police report and then pursue them in small claims or criminal court depending on the price of the item.

Did they cancel through their credit card company? Or call and cancel with you? We don't process refunds until the customer returns the product.  If they canceled through their credit card company I would fight it.
