Chip Reader Won't Update & Disconnects

I'm not using a supported device. I understand Androids are all different, but the base Android is base Android. I'm on a Droid Turbo 2.

My chip reader briefly says it's ready then it switches to updating 0%. After about 5 seconds it disconnects. Any ideas or do i send this back for a refund?

I'm in the same place with my Contactless + Chip Reader. I'm using a Motorola Droid Turbo 2, with Android v6.0. I get to pair and when the update starts, it just disconnects.

I wish someone would give an answer on how to fix this without referring (or copy-past) the troubleshooting information that I have followed 3 times already and still nothing.

Please, we need help to be able to use your product!
