Square Marketing and "Regular" Customers

I own a small bookstore and we don't have a whole lot of frequent or "regular" customers (regular in Squares eyes) but we do have people that sign up for our mailing list. I'd like to send an automated campaign to customers asking for feedback on Facebook but through the "Build up your Facebook presence" marketing option I only see the ability to send to regulars and those that have provided feedback through Square which is probably 1/10 of our customer base. 

 

Is there any way to send it to everyone? Or edit what a "regular" is?

Hello! There isn’t a way to edit what a 'Regular' is I'm afraid. The Regulars Group is all customers who have visited your business three times in the last six months.

 

If you have a list of the email addresses of the customers who signed up for your newsletter, you can import that list into your Square Dashboard using a CSV file.

 

When you import this list you’ll see the option to create a new group, and you can use that group to email your customers for your Facebook-Feedback campaign!
