Did you move the app to a different page or did you accidentally delete it? If you go to the app store and search for Square Register, it will either prompt you to open the app (then you just need to find where it's now hiding on your phone) or to redownload it. If you need to download it, you'll simply need to sign in when you launch the app, and everything will be as it was before.
