cant find time clock

I have all my employees signed up on and ready for time sheets. All the permissions needed are on but when i log them in on their phones or tablets the time clock does not come up. If i log in on my phone it comes up for each customer but if i log in on theirs the clock does not show up. Is there a setting on the phone or tablet that does not allow them to see the clock to clock in and out????? Please help so frustrated!

Go to settings on the app, then Employee Management and turn on Track Time From Point of Sale, and if needed Enable Employee Passcode Access.

Does this mean i can only do it from the POS in store? I use to have  labor timeclock in my dash board. i cant find time clocks with this new look. very frustrated with the new EASIER dash board

So sorry for the frustration @rlhms

 

You will need to check your settings as mentioned by RHatch, but you'll also need to assign a passcode to each employee. When you've assigned them a passcode they'll see the clock icon and be able to clock their time in the app.
