Does Square Register has a full service hardward solution?

i.e., is Square capable of being used in a full service, bar & grill situation?

kitchen printers, service bar printers, server acces to their checks only, keep checks open until payment, etc. ?

YES! Take a look at Square TouchBistro integration. You would use TouchBistro as your POS Software, and when you hit pay now, Square would come up automatically and allow you to run the payment, it is fully integrated and you can use Square's stand etc.

You then would program Square to collect signatures and tips on paper receipts just like any other restaurant.
