I'm not getting activity emails.

I do shows. I had one this weekend and didn't get any of my usual emails. Email after each charge, daily activity, and email with total gross being sent to my bank. I'm using the contactless chip reader with my iPhone. One charge had to be swiped. Has this happen to anyone else? How do I fix it?  Thanks so much

This would have nothing to do with your hardware.  Make sure your email settings are correct in the dashboard,  Make sure they are not going to spam.  Otherwise contact support to see if they can resolve your email issue.

Thank you. I checked everything. Nothing in my spam folder. My email is correct in the dashboard. I wrote to support and they said they'd get back to me in three days. It's very weird everything worked at my show a week ago Saturday. Thanks again.
