Logged into the Android app under the owner account. Under Settings, checkout options, the Taxes, Tipping and Cash management show "Access Denied, you do not have permissions to use this feature". I have full permissions as owner.

@RJMpc This sound strange. Have you checked that you're using the same email address withthe Android app as you used to create your account? Sometimes your phone's settings will save a particular email address and password combination - so you could try signing out of the app and then making sure the email address you're signing in with is correct.
In the meantime, I've gone ahead and created an email case for you with the Appointments team. A member of the team will reach out to help you as soon as they can!
