How do I get rid of the "we'll come to you" option?

Trying to get rid of the option because it is not available.

You can change this setting from your Appointment Preferences section of the Calendar & Booking tab within the Appointments Dashboard.

This doesnt take me anywhere to change this.  I would like that off, how do I do that?
