Can eGift cards be reloaded?

I have looked at the Help section for eGift cards, and read through pages of posts, but I have yet to see the question asked....

Are eGift cards re-loadable with funds, once the original amount, or part thereof, has been redeemed?

I have seen that it is possible with the physical gift cards (which are no longer available, if I understood correctly), but no mention, either yay or nay, in regards to the eGift cards.

first, physical gift cards are still available.

second, I don't know if you can reload an amount onto an egift card. @katieand or @Chad?
