Is the barber shop the one with a Square account or do all the barbers have their own?  If it is one account for the whole barbershop make an item for each individual barber with their price for each type of haircut. If each barber has their own account with square they will have to sign out and sign into their account. depending on how much sold is cash vs credit card sales there may not be enough cash to pay out all the tips.
