I reset my password. Signed out, tried to sign in with new password, rejected.
I reset the password (supposedly successfully). After doing a bit of stuff, I signed out and then tried to sign in again. The new password rejected. I have tried both my PC and my iPad, same result. Help! My organization's main event is today and I need to be able to use the Square.

Sorry for the delay here and that sounds a bit strange.
Was this still happening or were you able to sign in to your account?
I'd recommend resetting your password again to maybe rule out a typo of any kind.
Let me know if you need any help with this or if you were able to get it taken care of.
