I operate an online shop and have been quite pleased with the ease of use and ability to edit quickly when I'm busy.
Well, my customers have asked many times if they can look at past orders, see the tracking info, set up subcription payment plan etc. This would be a wonderful feature for those of us with online shops or business.

Please offer a Weebly Promote pricing plan that isn't based on the number of contacts or daily mailings. I have 3000 contacts to whom I send a newsletter 4-5 times a year. Paying by the number of contacts rather than the number of mailings is unfair to small businesses, given that the cost to Weebly is probably in the mailings not the maintenance of a contact list.
I would love to see the option to purchase a one-time upgrade to Pro for all sites you build on Weebly versus needing to upgrade to Pro on each site individually. Perhaps a larger fee to pay up front but it would cover all of your current sites and any other future sites you build as well.
For the Weebly designer, some of us are willing to host the sites. Others, we'd like to have the user billed and not be the middleman. Is there a way to allow the users to set up their billing if we aren't going to upcharge them, that way the user can add their payment information to their site and we don't have to worry about it? That way, for users we don't want to upcharge, we can tick "Let this user set up their payment option."
For users we will host and do an upcharge for, we can simply leave it the way it is.
If the users with their own payment plans default, the site would unpublish automatically and they could republish it by updating their payment information. It would take some of the headache off of us as designers, worrying if customers stop paying, that we'd be liable for that payment for at least that bill until we unpublish the site.
It would be really nice to have the site name listed on all of the invoices and receipts that you send by email. We have multiple accounts under a number of email addresses and it is very confusing when we get a notice, invoice or receipt that only lists the Order Date and Service ID.
EXAMPLE for receipts: Under Description it would be a very simple to just add the site name so it reads like this...

I have two website; the main website is a business account and the other is a pro.
I'm a little hestitant to upgrade the business plan to the performance, but I am interested in the gift cart concept and the other perks, but to be locked in for a year for double the price....I'm not sure.
Weebly, can you offer Free Trails every now and then so we can test the waters with higher plans?
I have two sites that I created for two sports clubs. The "My Services" section distinguishes between the two weebly sites no problem, but the actual Invoice section under "My Orders" makes no reference to the Weebly (Pro) site name, so it's impossible to tell which one is on which invoice?
All I am asking for is a similar refernce to the Weebly (Pro) site name on the invoice please!
A feature allowing existing customers who are on at least a Starter plan or above, the ability to make a one-off payment on each additional basic free site to unlock and update the favicon and personal domain.
The reason I suggest this is that if someone in already a subscriber of one Starter plan or even has two Starter plans like me, who is quite happy with this, but might like to create a separate site and who has a limited fixed income, so it would be great to be able to unlock the favicon and personal domain with a one-off payment. Then Weebly would still have an advert at the bottom of the free site and the user can present their more professional identity for the webpage they’d like to at the top.
This is an idea that would still encourage a subscriber but also reward their loyalty with a bonus customisation feature. A feature Weebly's new potential customers might be attracted to and competing services might have missed!
I highly recommend this suggestion, I think this feature would be much appreciated by users.

This option seems like a waste, expecially if only one of the sites can be used to attach a purchased domain name. Also, make it clear in the pricing/plans verbiage that only one of the 10 sites can be used to connect a purchased domain otherwise users will have to purchase another plan.
I offer a service and charge billed hours. There should be an ability to charge half an hour.
Currently the store only allows whole numbers for quantities, can Weebly setup the ability for customer to select decimal values. 0.5, 1.5, etc. which would allow a service product on the store to be charged at half rate.

Pick and choose which weebly plans we want.
I currently have a business plan for one website and a pro plan for the other.
I would like to upgrade them both, but the $$ is extremly high. I want a few of the top tier upgrades but not all. Please add custom plans so I can pick to add certian upgrades while keepig the costs low.

I am wanting to start a "news paper" and political campain site, I want the membership and SSL options of the Business plan but I don't need any of the eComerice options unless there is away for them to pay for a membership automatically.
A plan between Pro and Business like a Pro+ would be great for me.

Originally, I thought the white labeling feature of the Designer Platform would allow me to invoice my clients directly from the platform. Weebly would take their portion and I would receive my fees each month.
A total in-house invoicing system would be a great feature to add in the Designer Platform and make a really attaractive system improvement.
