I think it would be great if when you "choose a gallery layout" via the "section" tool, it actually populated with a gallery, rather than just a nicely arranged group of images. The layout is great, but it's not really a gallery if you can't open one image and scroll through the rest.
I would suggest either changing the wording in the section tool, or improving the capablility to allow for scrolling.
It would be very helpful if the photos in the gallery could be ordered New-to-Old instead of Old-to-New. It is pretty basic to want the newer photos to be at the top and therefore more visible than the old ones. If there could be a choice in the Advanced settings to order them either way, that would be ideal. Thank you!

The caption feature in mobile mode of the slideshow overlays itself and renders the image unviewable. The only way I've come to view the images is clicking the image it brings up a sliding gallery of all of the pictures full screen which is counterintuitive and takes a motivated person to figure out. Could we get an option to adjust the caption position in mobile mode slideshow galleries (and in web view, a large caption will sit on the bottom edge of an image)?

I am looking for a way to include a caption that is hyperlinked. I want the capability to view the enlarged image through the lightbox, but I also want the option to click on external text in that caption.
This would be extremely useful for showcasing a project that has a website. For example, in my portfolio, I want to show a screenshot from a project. I want the caption when you view the fullsize image (in lightbox) to link to the website for this project.
Explained with an example:
With lightbox on, I want you to be able to click on Picture 1.
When you click on Picture 1, a lightbox/full version of Picture 1 appears with the caption "Click here to go to google.com!"
When you click on the "Click here" text, it links you to google.com (or whichever specified website you choose for it to link to).

It would be extremely helpful if all the photos we load on a website, or in our account, could be stored in a gallery we can use when building the pages. Having you images availabe is ok, but when we have our own why don't they STAY there as well? It's a pain to have to upload them multiple times, for galleries, headers... a personal gallery that we can manage would be fantastic.
I would really like to be able to post multiple photos in the one column, rather than adding them one by one. This will make it look so much better in the resposive mobile view. More of an instagram type of scrolling down the photos in one column, rather then having two columns and not really being able to see photos on the mobile.

I think it would be an awesome idea to have a feature that allowed you to number your gallery images, or add different sequences to galleries and slideshows rather than inputing the texts manually on each. Another option would be to have the file name appear instantly as the caption, and then the user could adjust it as needed.
Having the gallery and slideshows images be added newest to oldest would also be very helpful, as it is the reverse currently.

I think this is a big miss for Weebly, we need to build a gallery of images but we don't want the caption/text inside the images since it makes it look cheap. I have tried every option and talking to live chat support looks like this is not something which is possible with the gallery option. So we tried building it with single images one by one with detached text and of course once the site is viewed on mobile everything is out of sync.
I have no options but to look elsewhere if this can't be created, I think this is a simple very common feature but somehow Weebly missed it out. I reccomend that Weebly builds this option ASAP.

It would be great if I could choose to add on the beginning of the gallery, rather than on the end. I know that files can be moved later, but this can be difficult when there are a lot of photos in a gallery.I spend a lot of time trying to shuffle latest additions to the top.

Captions for each individual photo in a gallery show when you hover your mouse pointer (on a computer) but not on a Ipad or cell phone. As I sell each unique one of a kind product (pendant) I add "sold" to the caption which can't be seen on hand held devices. I guess I could remove the "purchase" button as an alternative. PITA.
