Weebly: Can you let us deal directly with Google Apps support?
The integration between Weebly and Google Apps (especially the Google Email Apps for Work) is a great value add to Weebly. I am using a designer platform have used this to set up many emails via Weebly using Google Apps. I have many happy customers.
Weebly has an excellent service level when it comes to Weebly-related matters. BUT when it comes to Google Apps (email) their support understandly will never be as good as the original - Google itself. For a start Google Apps ought to know their stuff better than anyone else AND they provide 24/7 live support. Users who bought Google Apps via Weebly are prevented from raising a PIN number to deal directly with Google. They are asked to go through Weebly support.
This seems like a bad deal for both Weebly and us Weeblers.
For Weebly - have to upskill Google Apps aware support staff or at least put more staff on to suport Google Apps queries.
For Us Weeblers - to replace an original Google 24/7 support with a office hours only support.
What this means for us in Australia or any where around the world that is in a different time zone to Weebly HQ - we in effect have to wait for at least a day before we get any form of answers. If there is an emergency - like I have had with one or two of my clients - I simply have to bear it.
We can easilly solve both the issues and make life easier for EVERYONE.
1: Can you not at least let us deal directly with Google itself? This saves you time, effort and money trying to replicate the service Google is already offering.
2: Develop and auto PIN generator so we can generate a Google Apps support PIN to then deal directly with Google support. This will come in especially handy when you are out of your office hours.
