I have an online printing company and my customers need to be able to have way more features offered on my site if we want to remain competitive
1. Customer Logins/Accounts
-retail customers with retail pricing
-reseller customer logins with better (lower) pricing structure (for ex./ a reseller will login and get 20% off all products and different discounts can be set on different products BUT only specific customers or category of customers)
-saved uploaded files for cx to reorder with on different products
-check or other payment option
-split payment options
-Suggestions/ Add-On Items!!
---Set discounts for certain Products or categories without having to set each variant individually. We should be able to set a discount and it auto apply the discount and show the new amount the cx will pay. With the reg. price crossed out. And even better if we could restrict the customers who get certain discounts.
----For "Service" products - give an option to add variants on these. We offer design services, but also need cx's to provide the product and size and other details regarding the design request. It's a hassle to have them fill out a custom contact form and then tell them to purchase the design separately.
4. Variants on Products
-Set SKU for all without having to input individually for each variant
-MORE VARIANTS, MORE VARIANTS, MORE VARIANTS!!!
-BIGGEST COMPLAINT, is that certain Variants should be able to be set as "optional" or "required". With my GoDaddy site, a variant could be completely optional allowing for more variants to be added. And the optional variant had its own completely separate pricing so we don't have to go through the trouble of calculating the new cost of that variant (item) is added.

Add-On item Variant: LED light
LED Light is +$60 - customers just see an option to add an LED light for $60 and can completely ignore it if they don't want it. And they see the product price increase by $60 if they select it.
-I have an existing Yotpo account and would love to be able to add those existing reviews. We had tons of 5 star reviews and now we can't even showcase them!
6. Website editor
-Add a Footer Menu option!!!
-give an option to save certain contact forms so they can be added to other pages without having to recreate it every time!
-Edit Shipping Address if customer makes a mistake or needs to change an address (right now this can only be done when you are trying to mark an order as shipped which isn't very helpful)
-Add order notes regarding anything for any changes or special instructions the customer left off.
-More status options, maybe even "custom statuses", for example "proofing", "in production", "preparing for shipment", "shipped" and easier way to add and show tracking status.
-Definitely would love to see something like live shipping/tracking status the way Etsy can.
-Be able to create MANUAL ORDERS and INVOICES
8. Discount Codes
-give a set discount or discounts for all or select products to certain members/customers
-be able to set discount codes to be used ONE USE per customer!!! We want to be able to offer a set Welcome coupon that we don't have to worry about customer's reusing over and over again. Just one use and they can't reuse it.
9. Quote Tool / Shipping Estimator
-quote or shipping estimator form/tool that way our customers don't have to actually add items to the cart to get grand total pricing and cost of shipping

It would be great if you could add a free deliver, pick up and hand delivery option for specific postcodes. For example I want to offer free hand delivery to my local area as well as give the option for my customers to pick their order up.

I was wondering if there is any offline method in Weebly that enables buyers to pay for the goods they purchase offline. That is, they place an order online, and when we deliver the goods to them, they pay the courier company which then relays the money back to us. As far as I'm seeing, this option doesn't seem to be available currently. Can you please add it Weebly as it is the only thing restricting me from opening my online shop. Thx.

Yep, the shipping options are severely limited...but you guys knew that already. So many questions and suggestions regarding this important subject and 'feature'. It seems silly that I can't offer free shipping for specific products or categories. Please expand our shipping options, thank you.
I often shop online. I know Ulta Beauty and several other sites have free shipping if you meet a minimum purchase amount. When I start to check out it will say "Spend 12.54 more to receive free shipping" or something along those lines. I would love to have that option for Weebly for my store!
I would really love to have a feature where we can add a shipping price for each item individually with each listing. I have so many items with different price, dimensions, and weight that it is difficult for me to group them by weight or price.

The state I operate in charges sales tax, as does each county. I've started entering in the zip codes for my state one-by-one and it is taking forever. The nice thing is that it appears that Weebly uses the appropriate tax rate once you enter the zip code. It would be REALLY nice if I selected "state" and all zip codes and sales tax rates for that state and county populated! Thanks for your consideration.

As an e-commerce business, we offer products on our page that are sourced from multiple vendors in various locations. At times these products are stocked at our location or shipped directly from the vendor. Weebly's current shipping solutions does not take into considering the shipment of product from multiple locations, and thinks that all products will be shipping from the business address. This hurdle will alienate businesses from using Weebly as an all encompassing e-commerce solution since some organizations have multiple warehouses, branches, etc. where product is stored and shipped from.
Current shipping options available puts us at a disadvantage since we have to overestimate shipping costs to ensure we do not lose money on a purchase. This hurts us since we lose sales due to the fact that at times shipping is too high. In the last few months, our check out page has been our 6th highest viewed page. It's very unfortunate when you see this but not the sales. We have considered upgrading our plan to utilize real-time shipping with the Shippo app but unfortunately this solution doesn't meet our needs either when shipping from multiple locations.
Take into consideration the following scenarios under the current model:
Product 1 stored a location A (California) Seller (Weebly business) is located in Florida Customer purchases product 1 and lives in Nevada RESULT - CUSTOMER OVER PAYS SHIPPING
Product 1 stored a location A (California) Seller (Weebly business) is located in Florida Customer purchases product 1 and lives in Georgia RESULT - BUSINESS LOSES MONEY ON SHIPPING
Weebly's current shipping options can't accurately quote the customer shipping because it thinks all products ship from Florida. We have seen other providers offer the ability where you can specify where the product resides. This solution would offer an accurate shipping quote since it's based upon the product's location. Unfortunately because of this limitation, we have to consider downgrading our service with Weebly to offset the costs of the additional service that we will need.

Please have the customer invoices label 'shipping and handling' like they used to before the recent changes. With the current changes they label only as 'shipping'.
Anyone that uses a shippo, or usps online, etc and receives a discounted shipping rate needs to have the shipping and handling verbage. otherwise legally we are overcharging on shipping which can be a liability issue. Since the weebly site is causing the misnomer on the invoice that the customer received from weebly by email this can also turn into a liab problem for weebly.
It could be really handy to have more granularity over what is displayed on product pages. For example, options to hide or show the price (or even have alternative text shown, e.g. "call for price"), display tax and shipping cost for that item, etc.
I have been asked for this several times - I'd love to see a way during check out for the customer to mark as a gift, so we know to send a reciept without prices, or even have it ship to an alternate address. Like amazon does, and maybe even have an add gift wrap function....

I am setting up a business site to sell product and I am based in the UK. Most of my customers will have a UK address.
On the Shipping Information page, when a UK customer selects United Kingdom in the drop down menu, it still asks for 'Zip' and 'Region' in the fields that follow. Neither of which are applicable to the UK. For the UK it should read 'Post Code' and 'County'.
There is no way at the present time to adjust this and it looks extremely unprofessional on a business site.
I would like to see Weebly address this issue as soon as possible - does anyone else feel the same?
Would like to see the shipping cost presented on the shopping cart. With the high cost of shipping today, customers want to view this cost as soon as possible. Some potential customers get frightened off if they have to move to "Checkout" to view this information.
