I don't like the word 'Agent' and the phrasing when the chat box opens for use on one of our websites. The fact that I cannot edit that will keep me from moving forward with $8/mo x 12 months. Agent to me sounds like something for a booking agency, insurance agency or travel agent. For sites with a more 'mom and pop' feel, sites that are more hip and trendy the word 'agent' probably won't be the right fit.
More color choices or color code picker would be great addition in the next upgrade. Not enough color choices.
The option for more than one agent would be nice as well. Staff can take shifts. One person signs out and the other person signs in.
Adding a scheduler would be awesome too! Person A from 8-12, person B from 12-4 etc.
The option to change what the person has to enter to start chat would be great. I'm not a fan of having to give out my email address and there is nothing saying what the company will do with that email once I've given it to them. "Why do they need my email address!?" "Why can't I chat with just my first name!?" When #1 and #5 happen I will gladly purchase. Until then it's a great Weebly product that isn't customizable enough for this project.
Hello! I've been eyeing Simple Chat for my business. From what i've read up about it, it's an amazing product that I know are going to love. As you probably know, simple chat allows the agent to reply via text message to a customer when the customer just sees a live chat button. Many companies using Weebly, or not are going to take advantage of Simple Chat in their companies. With releasing Simple Cbat as a separate product, Weebly can make even more of a profit to hire new employees, or create a brand new something. Thank you for reading, and this is something many of us hope Weebly considers.
