The HD video player works well, but it lacks the ability to offer a playlist of related videos. Adding playlist controls to the video player would save the trouble of having to use third party apps that often limit the size of your uploads. This would not have to be overly complicated - a list of selectable videos next to the player would work well. Something that looks like this.
My business relies on the ability of my website to have many different videos that are only available to my customers. In addition to its ease of use, the ability to embed HD videos that are not hosted on YouTube or Vimeo (and are therefore much more difficult for users to illegally download and share) is a big reason that I use Weebly. Adding playlist controls would greatly enhance the HD player, in my opinion.

Hey, it would be awesome if you all supported non-branded 360 video! I know that might be asking for the moon, but perhaps you could work out a deal with youtube, kolor eyes, vrideo, etc. to be able to white-label their 360 platform or something. I'd pay more for that!

I think many would find it useful when opening a page featuring a video to have the video run automatically and loop until closed. I am thinking of a window that leads the eye to subject matter although it could be a full screen video as some sites use now.
The options for the video player could be autorun, loop, pause, stop, restart. These could be in the skin or in the setup in the editor.

An optional caption underneat video objects would be a nice to have feature instead of dropping a textbox under the video. This way, the caption would always be at the right place when the videos are displayed on mobile devices.

We need an updated video player for our Weebly-sites. For play-channels, subtitles to videos, device,VPN and- geoblocking features are very needed. An alternative to choose in what region(s) the uploaded video should be available in, and whether the video can be played on all devices there is, or only on computers. Please let the geoblock also recognize whether the user is using a VPN, or not so it can judge if the video can be played, or not.
Custom error messages to videos should also be a thing, so if something like that I just mentioned happens to a visitor from abroad gets blocked knows why.
This would be really helpful for all play-channels, and stores businesses out there. Not just in my opinion but many others' to. Please take these suggestions with you. Thank you,

I have videos posted on my site, which serves as a creative portfolio, but since the player only shows the first frame of the clip my page is covered by black boxes. It would be useful to be able to pick a frame of each video to appear while the video is not being played.
After upgrading to pro I have added HD videos to our site. These display nicely, play well and can be full-screen and so on. Unfortunately after playing the video any user just sees a black rectangle among many, unless they refresh the browser window.
Support tells me the player is currently designed that way but I see it as a flaw.

I have a really awesome video header on my website which I love. Weebly is also the only web builder that allows me to have such an option. It is honestly great, but it does not work on mobile phones (Samsung Galaxy 7, Galaxy Note 6, Iphone 7, etc) nor does it work on ipads or tablet devices. Now I do not want to change my video, because it has made the site very attractive, but I would like to be able to edit the mobile website more i.e. add a different header other than the video header so that clients will see a better and clearer website. This is a must need in a society that not only uses computers, but that now does a lot of searching on their mobile devices, ipads, and tablets alike.
