Recently I wanted to use the slideshow on a website however, the photos that I selected to display were vertical photos. Since the only aspect ratio options are horizontal in nature, there was a lot of blank space to the left and right of the photos. This affects the visual aesthetics of the website. There is no possible way to reduce the amount of this space and I spent several hours searching different comments and posts on the subject to try to find a way around it. Please add a vertical ratio to the photo format options for slideshows. I believe this would be extremely helpful!
I would like to be able to run giveaways on my blog and capture the emails submitted, rather than having to pay huge amounts of money to some outside source to run the giveaway for me. How about you make it possible to capture emails on blog posts?
I'd really like more choices for social networking icons that can be added to the header. Instagram, Goodreads, BookBub--these are sites that I and a lot of other authors use to promote our books, and it's frustrating that I can't choose the ones I want, or adjust the size. The Twitter, Facebook, email and YouTube icons are so small that it's impossible to tell what the YouTube one even is. I'd love to see more options.

I would like it if Weebly had the ability to create a simple 'Store Locator' for wholesale businesses who go to market utilising a distribution network. You would be familiar with entering your post code and the tool finding the closest retailer to you who stocks the product/brand you are after.
Why can't we add a(n) Snapchat, Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, Kik, Messages, Whatsapp, or Pinterest apps, for our users to go on to those links and add the website to whichever ones they have? We gain more users that way.
I'm wondering if you already offer such a thing--I'm an author and I want to list all of my books on a single page (there are a lot of them from multiple publishers) and do it the way they're set up in BookBub.com. On that site, I can click on a single button that says "Buy Book" and it brings up a small box with links to Amazon, BN, Kobo, iBooks, & Google Play.
All I'm looking for is a way to bring up a simple list of buttons that I can add links to. Does such a creature exist with Weebly?
I know I used to be able to see x/y pixel dimensions when resizing an uploaded image. Now I can't. This is a critical feature for insuring consistently sized graphics across the site. One should not be expected to eyeball the pixel width and height of an image. It was here before - can't you bring it back?
Hi, I am a food blogger-new to Weebly, and would like to be able to use an app or plug-in to create and share recipes with my readers. It would be great to be able to use the same format with each recipe: for example a photo of the finished product, a title of the recipe, how long it takes to make, how many it serves, ingredients and directions. I would also like my readers to be able to download, print, email and share my recipes to social media. Is this possible on Weebly? You could create a Weebly theme specific to food bloggers with this feature! Thank you.

I would like a way to create an automated follow up letter that is delivered 3 weeks after an online purchase. This would check on how the customer is enjoying their urchase, ask for a review and give them a link to do so and also to make other product recommendations based on their purchases.

The ability to standardize button sizes would be great. Right now, button length is determinted by the # of letters in the button's text. This does not always look the best from an aesthetic point of view. I'd like a cleaner presentation with the ability to customize my button lengths for uniformity despite letter or word count.

Thanks for having such an easy-to-use CMS!
I wish, once you've uploaded a photo, that you could access it on weebly again through a sort of image library of our uploaded photos. There are times, where even though I have previously uploaded a photo, if I want to reuse it elsewhere on the same site, I have to upload it again. Or if I want to switch back to an old photo, it's not available to me through Weebly, I must upload it again.
I have multiple issues with the Weebly Checkout cart.
1. the visual icons used are not industry standards
-small blue card next to the paypal icon, does not communicate that I take all major credit cards clearly, I would love to be able to create a work around my self by being able to insert a small banner within the cart that would contain images of my accepted payments
2. my cart does not work AT ALL on a phone at the moment. The bug with the cart on phones has been reported for over 6 months
- there is no workaround for this per se, but I would like to be able to add additional info text to the check out screen that says something to the effect of "if you have any experiences checking out, please contact me directly and I can assist you" . There is currently no way to add anything to customize the checkout cart system.
Enabling the ability to customize the cart is greatly needed.
