After 60 days, you will not be able to refund a payment through your Square Register. To make sure that your customer gets their refund, you can refund them outside of Square.
Hi @wwph. Refunding a customer outside of Square means giving them their refund another way because Square isn't able to process the refund for you. For example, you could write them a check.
