In our latest release, you will now be able to create a promotion to encourage your customers to purchase eGift cards at a discount. There are two ways that you can apply the discount to this:

• Promotion: Create a dollar amount or percentage discount available to anyone who visits your eGift Card Order Page

• Promotion Code: Create a special time-based promo code that is only available to customers who have received it. These are great for special events or occasions.

You can set up this new functionality under the Gift Card section on the Square Dashboard. This is also integrated with Square Marketing, so now you can easily share the promotions with your customers via an email campaign! Learn more about how to create a promotion here.
