I don't see any deleted sites in your account, but it does look like you are pointing the domain to a Wordpress site. 

If you need to access the Weebly site you will need to log into your Weebly account, then choose which site to edit from the drop down menu on the left side of the dashboard. 

Will you be pointing the domain back to Weebly, or are you just needing to access the site for content?
