Change Theme- Preview

Preview make use of the background image of the previewed theme (sure something else than what I have set from : theme, change background)

I have a body with wsite-background set on a splash-page

It's a custom theme (a theme saved), on which I have made pages with quite no changes in header types than the add here above.

Preview seem to work well on un-modified theme: I took a new site with a theme and directly done another preview on it, this seem to work well.

I'm not totally clear on what you mean, @MoG. Are you saying you aren't seeing your custom CSS changes within the theme preview?

Yes, I don't see my background image, I see the one of the previewed theme

Depending on where your custom CSS changes are, they aren't always applied within the preview (though do show on the live site).
