Hi,

I have a lot of low cost items in my store to help promote traffic . I would like to have a either a minimum order option added to the check out process. Or a way to add a "surcharge processing fee" that automatically drops if a customers adds more than say $5 in product.  This would be added to the check out cart as a prosessing fee that also states that if the customers cart reaches a certain amount this fee is waived...

This is to help alieviate the "credit card"/processing fees from Pay Pal, Square, Apple etc... for lower cost items.
