I purchased the Pro Website and the G Suite option in December 2019.
I cannot add any alias addresses and it still says my account is being updated.
How do I get it to work or do I need to change to another platform?
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you are having some troubles. What alias are you trying to add? Are you able to send and receive emails at the moment to the main address?
