So I tried unsuccessfully to submit an inquiry to the email help center 4-5 times tonight, eventually just went to this community forum to seek answers.

It is pretty frustrating however to see the 'Submit' button gray out and disappear but the question still sits in the window, nothing happens.

I tried all three browser I use, Chrome, Firefox and Safari none goes through.

Anybody have luck with email inquiries?
