Is there a way to mass delete files? I know how to upload files, but I want to know how to select a group of files that I've uploaded and delete them?

Appreciate any suggestions.

Hey there, and welcome!

Deleting the element the file was in should be enough to remove the file itself as well, as long as it's not in use elsewhere. However, if you want to be absolutely sure to scour the file away from the servers entirely, just let a support member know, and they can get that handled.

Hello,

I am trying to do that as well. I want to delete all of my document/pdf files that have accumulated throughout the years on my website. I have contacted support but have yet to hear from them.

Is there a way to do it myself or do I have to go through customer support?

The best way to do that is to have our support team remove them. The only way to remove files from the editor is to delete the element that was used to upload it, so if you want to remove a lot of PDF files all at once it's much simpler for our team to do it.
