NO SUPPORT!? Is there anyone out there..?

Hello,

I recently upgraded our site (www.GandyCentre.com) to a Pro package, but the site still displays the free default platform along with its default images.

Can this be upgraded please WEEBLY ??? As I've been trying to get hold of some support but that's proving real difficult... hence me posting this to the forum...

WHY HAS THIS BEEN SO HARD???    2.13pm GMT. 2/6/2018

Did you still need help with this, @whiteteeth? When I check that site in your account it shows as upgraded to Pro for me.
