No Response to Email and Slow Response on Phone

I sent an email regarding SSL that I can't enable with my Business Account and have not received a response so after a time, I decided to call. I am now 30 miutes on the phone and still waiting.

Adam, thank you for all your help. SSL is now enabled. I am sad to see all my shares stats gone but I suppose this is part of it. I don't really want to do a 301 so I just have to live with it.
