We had purchased and deactivated our purchased Business (1 Year USD300) due to not able to meet our expectation that could allowed domain purchase elsewhere.

I've gone ahead and refunded the purchase and removed the service for you, @REZA. I'm confused by what you mean about using a domain name elsewhere, though. A business subscription includes the option of publishing your site with a domain name you purchased from another company.
