Slow response from weebly with technical issues

Is anyone else haveing trouble with weebly? I submited a ticket to weebly regarding a technicial issue with a domain transfer five days ago and have had no satisfaction to this point, feed bck on this matter would be appreciated.

Sorry about that, @kapturlight. It looks like you should be hearing back shortly regarding your domain name from the agent who has your ticket(s).

Hi Adam,

I am experiencing the same issues. 

I have sent an email a few days ago and have yet to receive a reply.

I have a business website which needs to be lauched asap.

Hi @mylittlekingdom, it looks like our rep answered your ticket this morning, it seems your site is hosted with a partner company using a version of Weebly. Will you message me if you had any other questions about the new Weebly account you had opened under your email address?
