Suggestions for LINKS not updating

Using Windows 7 I encountered that my links were not being updated.

Here is my 2 step solution that solved my problems.

1. clear CACHE from your browser

2. RESTART windows

Additionally, you might try another version of Windows.

If you do use another version of Windows, be sure its browser's cache is cleared.

If steps 1 and 2 above do not work, try another browser (be sure is cache is cleared also)
