Is anyone else experiencing a major delay in support?   Also getting disconnected after several attempts to call?

YES!  Thus the reason I have contacted weebly over and over and over this week multiple times through Email and phone (since chat was not available).  

I have submitted all the information needed multiple times so your team should have everything they need to look into my situation.

Please do not send another email apologizing for the delay and asking if I STILL need help.
