TAXES DON'T WORK

Hello,

No reply from weebly when I emailed them. Not a great service.

Please advise why the tax is being calculated wrong on my site:

I have set a UK VAT rate to 20%. All products have VAT applied to it. The VAT is being calculated during checkout, however the figures are just wrong. I would like it to calculate the the 20% on the price of the product AND the shipping and display it. Please can you look into it for me ASAP as this is a prerequisite of the shop, and owner risk losing money on sales.

Hey Oliver!

Sounds like you need to check the "charge tax on shipping" option. You'll find this in Store > Setup > Taxes if you scroll down:

Adam I have the exact same problem. I have entered the Australian tax (GST 10% which shall be applied on every single sale of mine) and I'd like to apply exactly that to the shipping as well. So 10% have to be separated from sale price and shipping price. At the moment it only takes 10% from shipping. Please help ASAP. Thanks

All my 300 products have the tax exempt activated. Is there an option to set all product to be charged tax on somehow please? Thank you!
