Are there any coders or App developers that have put together a widget/app that drags and drops images on to a shirt, so customers can order custom shirts? I know WordPress has a ton of widgets doing this, but does Weebly have any equivalent? 

I have been looking for something that isn't linked to an existing printing/packaging business. But an App that lets us place our own team's graphic designs in, for people to customize the shirts that we produce and then we print the shirts ourselves. Is there anything like that out there?
