I am beyond overwhelmed. I have been e-mailing and chatting with customer service regarding this issue and I had not received any answer regarding this issue. For somehow reason I don't have or I can find the APPS button, to add or customize or anything, as well as a bunch of other stuff missing. Can you guys please tell me what is happening? I have seen tutorials and their hubs don't even look like mine.
